What are the aspects of effective living? Cognitive Balance, the balance between our thoughts, feelings and actions (which make up our personality), is the basis for long-term wellbeing and success. 

This balance is based a positive vision, which then requires sound strategy and action to translate it into reality.

My job is to help you do that, and I will put my wealth of experience and resources at your disposal to this end. Because I want you to succeed in creating the results - and the life - you want.

What happens in a coaching session?

First we set up a free exploration session via Zoom, facetime or skype.

We explore where you are (status quo), where you want to go (your vision),  and how to get there (the strategy).

Then we make a plan and talk about how I can support you on this journey via weekly follow-up calls, video trainings and messages.

Depending on your desired support level, you can then choose a coaching package (usually 4 to 6 weeks) and we'll begin with your coaching.
